Mastercard was a proud panelist and sponsor at this year’s Leadership Conference and Awards Gala presented by the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI).
At this year’s CHCI Leadership Conference, Mastercard participated as a panelist in the conference’s luncheon plenary session entitled “Women’s Empowerment and Gender Equity in the Workplace.” The session addressed gender equity challenges women face at all levels of employment and presented ideas for parity, as well as initiatives to create a work environment that promotes equal opportunities for all.
During the 42nd annual Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Award Gala, Mastercard participated in the recognition of the achievements of prominent Latinos from a variety of industries.
The CHCI is a nonprofit and nonpartisan 501(c)(3) organization, providing leadership development programs and educational services to students and young emerging Latino leaders. Each year, CHCI educates and connects more than 1,600 students and young professionals. Mastercard is excited to be a voice with the CHCI, working towards the empowerment of young Latino women in our nation.
